Well, a Flying-Type Pokemon should help you with the First Member of the Elite Four. A Grass-Type Pokemon should help you with the Second Member of the Elite Four. A Water-Type and Fighting-Type Pokemon should help you with the Third Member of the Elite Four. A Dark-Type Pokemon should help with the Fourth Member of the Elite Four. A Dragon-Type Pokemon, plus the other type of Pokemon mentioned, should help with the Champion of the Sinnoh Region. I would recommend all of these Pokemon be over Level 65.
I would also recommend you have plenty of Revives and Hyper Potions.

The easiest way to beat the elite 4 is to train your team, the whole team not just one or two.

I defeat the elite for a little differently than everyone else my strategy involves using only two Pokemon I used my infernape to get past the bug types the secret is only use fire type moves. To get past ground type Pokemon at the time I first defeated the elite four it was a haunter now it is a gengar I kept using shadow ball until he sent out the evolved form of bonsly I can't spell it correctly any way he knows sucker punch so I used hypnosis than I used shadow ball for the rest of the battle. Next I think is fire type Pokemon just keep using shadow ball until he sends out a steel type then at the time my infernape knew flare blitz witch I later replaced with blast burn against the steelix. Next is physic type Pokemon keep using shadow ball the hole battle.next is Cynthia the champ I had my infernape hold an item that boosts fighting type moves against. To face garchomp, milotic and any Pokemon strong against fire I used close combat than for the rest the first time I beat the elite for I used flame wheel witch I later replaced with flame thrower. Of course they were at high levels because I got stuck earlier in the game and when I was stuck all I did was battle and walk around until finally after a half of a year I finally arrived on the top of mount cornet.
