Can you get palkia or arceus in diamond and where can you find a azure flute or a heavens pipe?

You can get Palkia and Arceus in Pokemon Diamond by Trade.
You can receive the Azure Flute by an Event. However, the Event has already passed.

The Azure Flute is a long passed event. There is no such thing as the "Heavens Pipe."
Palkia is only catchable in Pearl and Platinum version. Trade for one.
Arceus is only available through trade, but beware, many Arceus are hacks.

You use a cheat to get the azure flute and yes it is posple to get arceus in diamond and pirle

You know Jubilife City? Well, try flying there, and go in the radio tower. Go to the third floor (I think) and talk to the man right next to the lady. He'll say that he wants to interview you, and you say yes. For your first answer, say, "Everyone Happy". Then for the second answer, say, "WI-FI Connection". He says he will give you a mystery gift, and you save the game and restart. Go to Mystery Gift and go to "Get VIA Nintendo WFC". Press yes. I can't guarantee that you'll get the Azure Flute for Arceus, but I hope you do. Also, to get Palkia, it must be a code, cheat, hack, or using AR (Action Replay). I hope I helped!

NO! NOT WITHOUT CHEATING OR TRADING! !!!! BTW the heavens pipe is nonexistent
