Question for Pokemon Diamond

In Pokemon diamond, I am looking for cyrus after battling him in galactic tower, in need to find him in mt. Coronet, how will I get to the peak of mt. Coronet?

You need Strength, Rock Climb, and Rock Smash. I suggest teaching all of them to a Golduck. Fight your way to the peak.
