You can get one mystery gift. To get it, you must speak to the man on the second floor of the Jubilife TV Building. You must say EVERYONE HAPPY, then you must say WIFI CONNECTION. Once you do this, you have the mystery gift function. You can find this function on the menu screen of your game.

You recieve them through Nintendo Events or Action Replay codes. If you already received them and are looking to retrieve it in the game, then you must go to a Pokemart and a man in either a red or green suit should be in front of the desk. Talk to him and he should give you your Mystery Gift.
