Hey I need help I can't can't my Pokemon to gain much points when battling high level pokemon

Lucky Eggs can be found on some Chanseys. If you attach the Lucky Egg to one of your Pokemon, they will obtain more EXP Points when in battle.

I believe this person is coming down from Pokemon Black and WHite.
In the games prior to the 5th gen ones, all Pokemon have fixxed EXP rates regardless of the difference in levels, ie A level 4 Pokemon will gain the same amount of experiance of a Pokemon as a Level 84.
