To get to New Monn Island, you will need the Member Card. You can get the Member Card by an Event. However, the Event has already passed. If you still want to obtain Darkrai, you can Trade for one.

if you have a action replay its simple. just go to fullmoon island and use walk through walls keep running east(right) dont freak out if you dont get there right away just keep going.

I have tried on both versions and it works
