Well you can't get to ittill later on in the game if you mean the one in the warehouse. First you need to have gone to all three lakes when Team Galactic is stealing the lake Pokemon. After you do that go to Veilstone City and talk to the Grunt in front of the building. He'll drop the Storage Key which will unlock the door inside the warehouse.

If you are refering to the inn in Canalave, the key was an event item and is no longer available.
