Question for Pokemon Diamond
How can I get the levels of other trainers Pokemon up using the VS seeker?
ex:- the fisher man near the sea in the route before sunnyshore city,How can I get his Pokemon's level higher?

When you first face someone. Their level is low. Once you face them again, their Pokemon level go up. Thats as high it will go. They will stay that level.
