Shadow Lugia

Could someone tell me if I can get a shadow Lugia using action replay? And if I can't could someone make a code for a shadow lugia! PLEASE!

Shadow Lugia is exclusive to the gamecube title Pokemon XD:gale of darkness it is impossible with or without codes to have him.

Shadow Lugia is not available through AR codes for Pokemon Diamond. SHadow Lugia is only on Gales of Darkness.

i dont think there is a cheat for shadow lugia
i tried one but me game stopped when i tried to open my pokemon party
