Can anyone tell me who I can breed my toterra with (apart from ditto). Ive already tried lucario budew and geodude.

If it's a female one you should be able to breed it with just about any male grass type

Yup.
You can breed a Torterra with any Pokemon within her classification.
I used "her" cause breeding Pokemon goes like this:
"Whatever kind of Pokemon the female is, that will also be the kind of it's young."
So, even if you breed a male Torterra with another Pokemon within it's classification, you won't end up with a turtwig egg unless if you breed a female Torterra with it.
