How do I get the mystery gift I got the words put in and everything and every time I try to access the gift it says no gift found does any one know what my problem is

I'm sure you need to connect with someone else with that and they then will give you a gift. I'm not 100 sure, but that is what I am thinking. I remember doing something like that before, but it was only a Master Ball and that wasn't really much of a help.
