sunyshore city

I can't get to sunyshore city for some reason theres this guy standing at the route and whenever you try to get past he stops you and says " whoa whoa stop sunyshore city, which is down this path had a major black come back later" I don't know how to open up the road

First you must have 7 badges. Then you must defeat cyrus and catch/defeat dialga(since this is a diamond tip, but it's palkia for pearl) and it will open up for u

You need to get galatic key (which can be found in the Galactic Storage once you get Storage Key) you need to go beat cyrus at the end and then beat him again, after that you free all the pokemon... Azelf,Uxie, and Mesprit will go out. Then go to mount cornet beat the galatic people including Cyrus's assistants, next your best friend will come up and heal your Pokemon before Cyrus... Once you beat Cyrus catch dialga/ or palkia if you have pearl. Once you beat dialga or cought it... The sunyshore dude will be gone...

P.S. Sorry about all the information. But good luck!! ( use pokebal on dialga it somtimes works)
