So, I just caught my first shiny, tyrogue with a rash nature and hope to evolve him into a hitmonlee and give him 255 evs in attack, 155 evs in speed, and 100 evs in spec def. Is this a good idea with the nature and base stats of hitmonlee? Are there any really good movesets with him? Thanks for all the help

Not really fighting type is my personal least favorite type there attack is good but every thing else really sucks
