three questions
1. Is it possible to catch palkia on diomond if so how?
2. What do you do after you see all 150 pokemon?
3. Where is the pal park because I can't find it?

1. No, only through Trade.
2. Go to Prof Rowans Lab, and Prof. Oak shows up to upgrade your Pokedex
3. When your in Sandgem Town, remember the route below with Water leading south? Surf that down, and keep going until you can't go anymore, you'll find the Pal Park open once you get National Dex.

1) The only way obtain Palkia in Diamond is trade with someone that's caught Palkia using Pearl.
2) When you see all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Pokedex, go to Prof. Rowan in Sandgem town. When there, Prof. Oak should come in. He will look at your finished Sinnoh Pokedex, and give you the National Dex.
3) To get to the Pal Park, you go through the route that's south of Sandgem Town, when you go all the way through, you should be at the Pal Park. If it's your first time there, you will see Prof. Oak there, he will give you the key item called the Poke Radar.

First palkia it can only be traded from pearl.
Second I doubt you could get them but if you do talk to professor Oak.
And third it's located underneath Sandgem town go all the way right ther is some trainers and you need to have the other Pokemon games from gameboy advenced only to participate.

Sorry about the "i doubt it" I tuogh you said all the pokemon.
When you get them go to sandgem town if you didint skip anything in the game you are able to find him there.

First Palkia dosen't appear in Pokemon Diamond unless your using an action replay. Second after you have seen all 150 Pokemon you do nothing just keep compleating the National Pokedex.And Third the pal park is south from Sandgem Town were there water use surf and then go to the right and keep going battle some trainer and in the end you will fin a small building and thats the pal park.

1. No it is not possible to catch Palkia conventionally but I got mine on the GTS by breeding my Rotom and trading 1 for it. Rotom's are quite popular.
2. After you see all Sinnoh Pokemon then Oak walks in to Rowans lab and gives you National Dex, pal park opens and you can get around more of the Battle Zone - the north-eastern island.
3. Pal park is along the sea route south of Sandgem town and can only be reached when you have the National Dex.

3) Pal Park is on Route 224? (I think that's right) and can only be reached by obtaining the National Dex
If you want Palkia on your pokedex without trading, go to Celestic Town, then go the the big house at the top, talk to the old lady, and she will show you an old book. You will see Palkia and it will be added to your pokedex
