This link will take you to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum. If you go there, and ask for help, you will receive it. I do not know why you would want to change your name, but if you ask for a code to do that there, they can probably fulfill it. Alternatively, if you wish to re-name your character, you could simply trade all your good Pokemon to another game, and then make a new file. That way you have your name, but you still have all your Pokemon.
