Alright, let me see. If you want people to join your team, then go post in it. Nothing screams Join my team more than seeing the creator posting. If you post, it shows other members that the team is active, and they will join. Also, Guitar Hero has nothing to do with Pokemon, so you should see about getting people who actually play Guitar Hero to join your team.
Also, go to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum for your request. It should be asked there since it deals with an Action Replay code request. I do not even know if what you are asking is possible, but here is the link. http://forums.supercheats.com/forums.php?forum=1828
