rares without cheats
How do you get the member key (for Darkrai),Oaks letter(for shaymin), and the azure flute (for Arceus),but without using cheats or going all the way to japan to go to an event? Also, even though it's not about this game, how do you get the others(ex. Deoxys, celebii, Mew etc.)?

You don't have to go all the way to Japan. They have Nintendo Events in the US and Europe too. All the other legendaries (besides Celebi) can be migrated from older games. Some of them, like Mew, have to be gotten in a Nintendo event in an older game, then migrated. They all could be traded of course. *Note About Celebi*
Celebi was only released once in the US at a special Nintendo event, and other than that, is only available in Japan. I'm not sure about Europe, though.

You can go to Nintendo Events which may take a long time. Other then that, Its impossible to get them. To get those other legendaries you have to migrate them.

The only way to get Darkrai and all those other Pokemon is in Nintendo Events or cheating... I'm sorry. I don't know how to get Celebi. I have an action replay, so that's how I got all of those pokemon. You have to trade with a friend who has cheated or hacked into their game if you don't want to cheat. And if you got deoxis or Mew or celbi in fire red or ruby, or any of those games you can migrate, but I think you had to have cheated in those games to have gotten those pokemon. ~gamer_gurl~

Well, if you want to do this without cheats, then good luck, you will have an incredibly hard time. All of the Pokemon that you listed, can only be gotten at a special Nintendo event, which isn't held often enough. You could be waiting anywhere from 6 months to a year before an event with the Pokemon you want is hosted. And even when it is, it is often only held in big cities such as New york, Los Angeles, and Tokyo. The best way to go is to get an Action Replay.

I know how because I got shaymin and darkrai without action replay but it's a risk of lossing your data you have to go through the void X: I don't have the exact instructions because I forgot XD but if you click this then the instruions are here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YRKPj4tcybE so yeah there you go enjoy and be very care full it takes about 2hours and 30min for darkrai and and about 70mins for shaymin

Beat the elite 4 then go to pastoria city and talk to everyone. One person will say something like were you the one who beat the elite four? And something with Mew happens.

Mew:get from Hayle after certain settings are met on my Pokemon ranch.
Celbi:special distribution event that you missed.
Destox:pal park from ruby,emerald,and safire.

Celebi=Actually you can get Celebi. First you need the National Pokedex then fly or walk to Solaceon Town and go to where all the unknowns are. Next you will need to defeat 100 unknowns. After doing that you have to go down to the place with the writing on the wall and where the 4 pokeballs are/were, and you have to read the wall writing 2 times. After that Celebi should show up. This might work better on Pearl or Platinum, not too accurate with Diamond. Well I hope I helped. Good Luck.
Mew=After getting the National Dex, go to Route 229 and there will be Mew floating above the pond, I think he is there because it resembles a similarity to Faraway Island in Pokemon Emerald and it is a rainforest and Mew lives in the rainforest because of the book entrys in the Pokemon Mansion in FR/LG: Deep in the rainforest, we discovered a new Pokemon, we cristended the newly found Pokemon as "MEW".
