Can anyone tell what Pokemon and where to get them on the national dex are numbers

Just look up on the pokedex we have on supercheats. Heres the link (http://pokedex.supercheats.com/) I am glad to help out.

First, you could just go look on the Supercheats pokedex, because they have all the Pokemon listed in order, so go take a look at the supercheats pokedex, and see if it helps you.

#186 is Politoed. You get him as a result when you trade a Poliwhirl while holding a King's Rock.
#187 is Hoppip. You have to use the Poke Radar in the grass on Route 205.
#188 is Skiploom. Evolve Hoppip at level 18.
#189 is Jumpluff. Evolve Skiploom at level 27.
#191 is Sunkern. Use the Poke Radar on Route 204; closer to Floaroma Town.
#192 is Sunflora. You need to use the Sun Stone on Sunkern.
#196 is Espeon. You need to level up Eevee during then night while he likes you a lot.
#197 is Umbreon. You need to level up Eevee during the day while he likes you a lot.
#199 is Slowking. You need to trade Slowpoke while holding the King's Rock.
