Does somebody now a easy way too catch azelf & mesprit plaese?

To catch azelf you need to make it sleep, poison, ect.
To catch mespirt you need a Pokemon that can use mean look and give your Pokemon the item quick claw because if your Pokemon have lower speed than mespirt it will fled first. Mean look made the Pokemon can't escape. Hope it will help you

First of all, I highly suggest you get a Haunter or Gengar. You can get a Haunter by trading with a girl in Snowpoint City; you need to trade a Medicham for Haunter. Level him up to his high 40s. Now, teach him Mean Look, Hypnosis, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse. Some of these moves may require re-teaching him old moves, by visiting the Move Tutor in Pastoria City and trading in some Heart Scales, which you can find Underground.
Now, buy about 30 Dusk Balls. Go to the Valor Lake, save your game, and battle Azelf. Use Hypnosis, and then wither down his HP using Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse. If he wakes up, use Hypnosis right away. If he faints, re-start your game and start all over. Once he's asleep and his HP is in the red zone, start chucking Dusk Balls at him. You should use around 5, if at all.
Now, save your game and make sure it's night in-game. Track Mesprit down using the Marking Map on your Poketch, and get into battle with him. Use Mean Look, then Hypnosis. Then, just follow the same process as you did with Azelf; only, if Haunter gets weak, healing him is your top priority, because if Haunter faints, Mesprit can run away. Once he's weak, start chucking Dusk Balls at him, and you should catch him.
