What do you do after beating the elite 4 as I want to get my dna splicer back from team plazma

You actually don't get the DNA Splicers back from Team Plasma. After you defeat the Elite Four, head back to Victory Road. Within Victory Road there is a Zoroark. Follow the Zoroark and it will lead you to the Ruins of N's Castle. You will meet with N and go to the top of the Castle with him. He will challenge you to a battle. After you defeat him, Zekrom will convert back into a stone. Take the stone to Dragon Spiral and you'll be able to battle/catch it. After you have caught Zekrom, head back to the Giant Chasm. You'll be able to battle/catch Kyurem this time around. After you catch it, you'll be able to pick up the DNA Splicers.
