you need to be mini and defeat the world 2 bos in mini mode and the world 5 bos in mini

W7 UNLOCK:Win would five as mini mario.

Well first, you need to have all of the game complete (W-1 ~ W - 8) otherwise you need to have World 2 and World 5 complete.
What you do is you get a mini-mushroom and defeat the bosses in the big castles. Then when you finish defeating them, you will go to where Bowser Jr. used to stand with Peach.
Then what happens is Mario will go "huh" and then go underneath the platform and the sign will switch from World 3 to World 4!
Do the same for World 5 to get World 7.
