Beat worlds 3 and 5 castles as Mini Mario, you'll fall into the small passage.

Finish the castle of 2nd and 5th till the boss in normal mario. Then take small mashroom and kill the boss.then there wil be a small passage and thats the way to world 4 and 7

You could also beat the castle of the 2nd world, then in world 4 find the secret passage and get shot out of a cannon to world 7. I could probably tell you exactly which level on world 4; that is, if I hadn't lost the game card!
