I need the green mushroom in w7 castle and above 7=5 plz need help to get my 3rd star

In World 7-4 go left using the spin jump thingies and pink bouncy platforms. You will see a block flying vertically. Go on it. Get your mini 'shroom and jump in the hole on the left. Run right then jump then go left. Go inside the mini pipe you see. Go right. You will see a red flag. Go on it. Green life mushroom toadhouse is unlocked.
