Talk to Abel and help him move the furniture up to his shop.(The game will tell you when to stop.)Then go talk to Gino you then need to get ten eels. Go to little lea lake to find them. When you get them Gino will tell you to go to little lea lake again. Go there and pick up the garbage at the side of the road then go back to the police station.
