I would like to know how can I get Ranking points, because I am stucked with a one-star ranking, and my hunters license say that I need 40 ranking points to level up

You must win wireless matches NOT INCLUDING AGAINST CPUS ONLY to obtain ranking points. If you loose a match, you loose ranking points. If you win, you gain points.
You gain points by winning matches on either Wi-Fi mode or Wireless matches but you don't gain points by versing CPU's. I'm sorry but thats how the game goes. I am glad to help.
Win several wireless matches against other people. If you win, you gain points, if you lose, you lose points. It's that simple.
