Theres a cliff way in the sky with a blue shell thing floating. Jump up to hit it. And there will be some stupid stuff. Then you will be able to have mario wear a shell and luigi hit him with the hammer to hit things far away. (...I don't exactly remember where the cliff is. But I know it's close to the area where you are in. Youll know you are by the cliff when you see a air spout in the ground and use the twirl thing, and then youll see all these tornados.)
