Oh! I had trouble on that too until I noticed that there is a bat on top of a house with a key! There is a door knocker, use reducto on it to knock. The bat comes out. If you have Hyper Cast Extra, it will be easy to destroy the bat and get the key. And you know where the jailed token is. Bathilda's house(I'm just mentioning it in case you meant this token). You see an open doorway. Go down there. Throw the old food into the garbage then activate the clothes press(the roller thing). Out comes the token!(Flat first)
