Question for Harvest Moon DS Cute

I thought you don't have to get an expansion to get married I thought that was only for Friend of Mineral Town??????And who gives you the blue feather so you can propose to that someone???

To marry any eligable bachelor in the game, you must fulfill the marriage requirement which are,
Unlocking the sprite channel 2, Venus, and purchasing the table. Then you can buy both house extentions. Then you mush also buy the big bed from Venus. You can buy the blue feather from Karen once your bachelor of choice is at the right heart level (I think green). You must rescue 60 sprites and the harvest goddess and have the bachelor at red heart. I hope that helps! Happy gaming!
