Ok, I take that last question back, I found out about the basement thing, but now I've been trying to find the sun stones in the mines, I went all the way to level 100 in the mine but I havent found any.

They are located in the rocks, but also on certain types of floors the spring sun is found on floors ending in 1, the summer sun is found in floors ending in 2 and the fall sun is found in floors ending in 3. You can also find the winter sun in floors ending I 4 but it is useless
