if her color is at red right now and you haven't done the yellow heart event you need to drop her heart back down to yellow by giving her fodder after you have done that make sure you have a mystrile fishing rod or a higher level rod. In spring go fishing in the beach and you should get the message in a bottle, after you've caught it walk in daryls house while holding the bottle and the heart event will start. you also need to have found at least 60 sprites and you need to have a duck pond that you can order from gotz the wood worker guy. hope i helped!

you didn't activate the yellow heart event, if she's still in the tub then it wasnt activated, Once you have a fishing pole upgraded with the Mystrile ore, you need to go fishing and once you get the message in a bottle, you have to walk into daryls lab holding it, then her yellow heart event will be activated and she will go to the beach and return home to the ocean, then she'll appear on tuesday nights at 12:00, and you can give her the blue feather

All you have to do is drop the red heart down to the yellow heart and make sure that you have the Mystrile fishing rod, then you go to the beach at nighttime and cast the fishing rod as hard as you can to get the note in the bottle. Once you have gotten the note in the bottle you take in in your hands to Daryl's house and give Leia the note, then she will go to the sea and you can only visit her at mid night. Thats when you can propose to her! I hope this helped ;)
