mushroom shed.

I have been trying to harvest mushrooms in my mushroom shed for a while now, and they have grown on the log like they're supposed to, but I can't figure out how to harvest them. Every time I try to pick them up it won't work and no tools work. Please help.

I never harvest mushrooms so I'm not sure, but try just taking them again. If that doesn't work, use a sicle or axe. Just try again. Maybe try from different sides?

I tried to harvest my mushrooms for ages before I realized they weren't ready to be picked. Shiitake takes 35 days , Toadstool takes 42 days and Matsutake takes 59 days. It takes even longer to get medium and large. When they are ready you just stand infront of them and press the "A" button. If you use any tools you will simply destroy them and have to start again. It is important to water them every day.
