Question for Contact

Can somebody tell me the food recipies in this game like how to make a cheeseburger.
Can somebody also tell me how to bake a potato or make use out of it or how to use herbs with food.
Can somebody tell me when I get the fishing outfit before I throw in the towel and use my action replay dsi.
Thank you to all of those that helped me in advance.
If you need any help in other games such as Fallout 3 or borderlands just send it to me and try to make it like a statement like tell me how to get this weapon!
