I don't think you can I beat the game and found nothing
You can unlock him but than you have to got a R4 with a copy of the game. And you need cheats. Put the SD card into a special usb for it and look on your pc on the internet. There you probably can find a code. Copy it to the game in the map cheats and then you can use that cheat and then he's unlocked.
