Question for Animal Crossing: Wild World

Hi, how do you make friends(so their really nice to u)with:

-pelly(town hall)
-phillis(town hall)
-tom nook(shop)
-celeste(meuseim)(top floor)
-blathers(meuseim)

P.S i've done it with sable and brewster)

You can't do it. Brewster and Sable are the only animals you can be friends with (really well). However you can get Pelly, Phyllis and Tom Nook's Picture by, Pelly: Put 100,000,000 bells in you account. Phyllis: Put 500,000,000 bells in you account. Tom Nook: Give Tom Nook the safe, (Give Wendell a Red Turnip, give the turban to Saharah, give the red vase to Crazy Redd and finally you will get the safe.)
With Celeste all you can do is Constellations and with Blathers all you can do is donate, Check Fossils, etc.

I want to be friends with Phyllis but the only way she is nice to me is at the café kindu

I actually don't think you can be friends with them I have tied for a long time but I neve can.

I am friends with Sable but not with Brewster. Sometimes pelly appears in the cafe/coffee shop, you can talk to her then. Smile

You CANNOT be friends with Celeste or Tom Nook. I'm in the process of becoming friends with Phyllis. It's HARD!!!!!!

If you can, then It's really hard to make friends with phyllis!! She seems to hate me! But I think you can only make friends with sable and brewster, unfortunatley :(

You can be friends with phyllis she is in the coffee shop sometimes and you can tak to her. She will be mean at first but then she will lighten up after a while. Tell celeste shes cute every day.

You can be friends with pulliss all you need to do is keep talkin to her sometimes she may say things about her relatoinship wth pete before pelly took him!!!
