Hi, I saw a question about someone who's friend went to their town on animal crossing and their ac kitten stayed in the town when they left. Can anyone tell me how to get a kitten or if I'm misunderstanding. Thx. P.s if it helps the person who asked the question is called 'kyokun_23'

I think the kitten you are talking about is Katie.
Katie will randomly appear after you connect to
Wifi. She will ask you to ask her to find her mother and right after that, she and her mom will usually
Give you a gift and exit out of your town gate.
I never heard of anyone who had Katie stay in
Their town for so long... It might be a glitch.
