how do i unlock the barber shop and pay off my house and finish getting every room?...how many rooms caan you get for your house?

to unlock the barbers shop you have to sell or buy stuff that will in total equel to 240,000 then it will up grade you to the highst nook store called the nookstin or somthing like that and you have to go up stairs and there you have it!!!
