first u beat all 16 badges then u talk to prof.oak.he gives u the red orb then u go to where he is and talk to him if u have a lvl 60 feraligator dont use a water move it will kill him use ure lvl 45 lugia use hydropump and then when he gets to yellow use 1 heavy ball.but make sure u save before u fight him just in case u kill him with hydropump.
