enter code and start game while activated.... open game file.... go to pc.... go to bills pc.... deposit box.... select the pokemon of your choice.... go to "Mark".... press confirm.

If it worked then you should go to summary and check to find five golden leafs. now you can go to ethan/lyra to get it turned into a lauaral wreath. then you should have a new star on your card.

P.S. i only tested this for soul silver. it might or might not work for heart gold. maybe someone can try it out for heart gold and see how it works.
