Well alot of people are very anoyed because in victory road theres a door way that might have something good in it but sadly thers a fat guy blocking the way but after getting the natinol pokedex you can go in and route 224 is there. You will team up with someone ther and go through a cave first.(some strong people will fight you and one of them has a blissy that dose soft boiled a lot. You will need the hm strenth and surf. Hope this helps.
