Finding and catching Cresselia

To find Cresselia you will require the Nationaldex. Go to Canalave city and go to sailor Eldritch's house (Cross the bridge from the poke'mon center and right near the sailor). Talk to the kid in the bed and then talk to the mother. Go outside and speak with sailor Eldritch. He will tell you to get the Lunar wing and he will take you to Fullmoon island, where Cresselia is. Follow the path then talk to the Cresselia. It will disappear. Get the item that is where Cresselia once was and take it back to the sailor. He will take you back to Canalave city. Go to Eldritch's house and the Lunar wing will revive the kid. To catch Cresselia, you will need to chase him around Sinnoh by running, on the bicycle, etc. But not by flying. He is Level 5o. Cresselia is harder to catch than Mesprit. Good luck!
