Ok when you do this code you do L+R. So when you activate it you look in your pokeballs bag and you see 493 master balls. If you have completed the national pokedex than you can do it. For exeample, if you want a Turtwig then you have to throw away 492 master balls. Then you hold select and run into the tall grass you will find Turtwig. Tested and Works!!!
