The easieat way to catch groudon and rayquaza is 1.get a really small Pokemon example (i did it with mt lvl 100 latias).After that get a friend bow then make your Pokemon hold the friend bow.After that all you have to do is fight them a couple of time (1-5 times) then they should join your team.

this worked for me I got them on the same day
