Are you perhaps having trouble levelling up that little Pidgey you got? (Side note: I don't have one, so just insert a random weak Pokemon there) Well, this is usually what I do.

Make sure you have a Pokemon who can take out three Pokemon at once, a few Reviver Seeds, and some patience.

I'll use my example team. I wanted to get myself a Butterfree, and my Caterpie Silkie needed to level up. So, I made Silkie leader and made my Venusaur join the team as a partner. I headed to the Makuhita Dojo, and entered the Team Hydro Maze.

Sit back, let the partner do the work. Well, hide behind your partner. I just let Venusaur eat up the little Poliwags. Hehe. Once I/you reach(ed) the third floor, I back off and let Venasaur Bullet Seed/Vine Whip the poor dudes.

Bam, easy points. However, I prefer using my Sky, who is a very powerful Level 100 Charizard. Heat Wave 'em all and mm-mm, freshly toasted seefood-I mean, smoking hot Pokemon.
