Ok go to Snowpoint temple and make sure you have all the other Regis.
The Regis are Regice,Registeel,Regirock.Ok when you go to the temple and get on the last floor,Regigigas well be waiting.He is a level 70 and a normal type with strong HP,Use falseswip and take him for the capture!
