If you are wanting too fill up you're pokedex fast then here is a good tip. Once you are able to catch evolved Pokemon and then breed them to get the basic Pokemon and then release the newly hatched pokemon(if you want)

-OR-

Catch basic Pokemon at high levels (or at least at a level thats higher then when it's evolved) and then train them(but this takes time)
