Get an egg or have two Pokemon in the daycare. Get on your bike in second gear and go to the cycling road. You will go down automaticlly, then hold up and you will go the same speed. What's great about this is that you don't have to pay attention. Just watch it out of the corner of your eye while you're watching tv. Make sure you delete some move or they can't learn anymore because you don't want them to forget their good moves.
