Do you have action replay can you go through walls if so go to the Pokemon centre go to the top floor and walk to the union room door don't talk to her walk through the barrier and into the door and you will enter it and you will see a number of people talk to one and they will give you jiraci (note it takes a while to do it so be patient and it can be dangerous)
