Capture Rotom!

Rotom gets by on being elusive, not strong, nd as such high-powered moves could take it out entirely. If you're going for the capture, show a little finesse by using Electric-, Poison-, Bug-, or Steel-type moves that only do half damage and gradually reduce Rotom's HP. For ease of capture, use a Dusk Ball or Nest Ball to snatch this Electric-and-Ghost-type.
