When you have completed the main story the following dungeons become unlocked at the indicated location.
Unlock No Item Dungeon:
Located in Surei Town. You must have the Gankatsu tailsman.
Unlock Mugen Chasm Dungeon:
Located at the spot where Shizune ran to.
Unlock Girls Only Dungeon:
Located behind the shrine near Himiko.
Unlock Bonus Characters
The following characters become unlocked when you complete the main story and then talk to them at the indicated location.

Complete the main story

Talk to her in Kamairi Village
Unlock Suzuri:
Talk to her in Kamairi Village
