This feature which will help you create mayhem in the game becomes unlocked when you beat 'Monster Island - Final Battle' on Survival mode.
King Ghidorah, Anguirus and Destoroyah who are some of Godzilla's most powerful foes are unlocked by beating the indicated stage.
Ghidorah:
Beat 'Mecha King Ghidorah Ravages Bangkok' stage.
Unlock Anguirus:
Beat 'Hedorah Terrorizes San Francisco' stage.
Unlock Destoroyah:
Beat 'Monster Island, The Final Battle' stage.
